Bridges Health Services is here for you

We at Bridges Health Services are continually updating our services and procedures to reflect the changing circumstances in our communities surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, the upcoming flu season, and any other communicable disease issues. Many patients who've been diagnosed with COVID-19 don't need to be hospitalized, but still need extra care. While taking every precaution to protect the health and well-being of our patients, caregivers, and families, we are still here to provide the care that you need. Please reach out for a complimentary evaluation so we can customize an appropriate plan of care.
