Stay-at-home orders do not apply to healthcare workers providing non-elective procedures. At Bridges Health Services we continue to care for home health and hospice patients every day. Many patients who've been diagnosed with COVID-19 don't need to be hospitalized, but still need extra care. You or your loved one may not want to go to the doctor’s office anymore, but what if you could get the services you need in the comfort of your own home? New legislation guidelines have been implemented to allow this to happen.

Here are the general changes and rules

For more clarification please contact us or your physician

If you or a loved one is homebound
If you or a loved one is homebound, which now includes having a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or being at risk of severe illness from COVID-19 because:
If you are age 65 or older, you are considered high risk of contracting COVID-19
If you have medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, liver disease, chronic lung disease, asthma, kidney disease, heart conditions, immunosuppression, etc. you are now considered high risk of contracting COVID-19
Under physician's care?
If you or a loved one is under the care of a physician who orders home health for you and oversees your plan of care
Using skilled nursing or therapy care?
If you or a loved one requires part-time skilled nursing or therapy care (Physical, Speech, or Occupational Therapy)

Application
Applicants can submit all health-related documents at our reception desk.

Check-ups
We will conduct a thorough examination of client's health condition.

Based on the checkup results, we'll give consultation on the needed action.
