Bridges Story
Bridges Health Services was founded by an experienced home health and hospice nurse, Carolyn Romero. Originally from the Philippines, she came to work in America as a nurse. As time went by, she went the extra mile and found herself working side-by-side with physicians in order to deliver the best possible home health and hospice care services to fit each client’s needs. She recognized an opportunity in our communities for a home health and hospice agency to come in and go the extra mile.
With her clinical background, she grew the company from a local agency to a national industry leader that provides the best possible experiences for patients and their families.
We ensure our caregivers are there with your loved ones and family members day in and day out to make sure that they take their medication, and stick to their recommended routines, safely and effectively.

There are some really tough realities in life. One of them is losing a loved one. Bridges Health Services comes into your life at the toughest time and literally holds your hand and walks you through. My grandmother and I lived under the same roof for 28 years and the loss of her was a heavy blow. Bridges walked us through the end of life process and made her passing so peaceful and comfortable. Our family was able to savor our last moments with her and feel comforted that everything was taken care of. Literally EVERYTHING was handled through them. It was such an intimate experience and a really hard time was made a little easier. Now they are servicing my aunt in her last days and again they have taken so much pressure off of our family and we are able to just enjoy our special moments with her.

Bridges is a great company to work for, the work environment is very nurturing and supportive with some of the greatest talented minds and wonderful nurses. No Politics here! People here are heard, seen , understood and supported in every way, and they really take into consideration your ideas on growth and respect you. The owner is very knowledgeable and is also a RN nurse, they truly understand what patient care is all about. Yolla and Rodger the Hospice nurses took care of my uncle, whom had stage 4 lung cancer. Yolla the Hospice nurse is a sweetheart, very warm, kind and caring. She was always available for questions around the clock no matter what time it was. She was always available by cell. Rodger the Nurse is very educated with the needs of his patients with his nurse practitioner background-and educated my family on hospice and Home Health benefits and how it works, including insurance questions. He answered all our questions and was very thorough. They will take care of you like you're family. I highly recommend this agency hands down! We knew my Dad had taken a sharp turn realizing cancer was closing in as his pain increased dramatically and his Doctor decided it was time for hospice care.
After having very disappointing service from the first hospice company with a nurse coming every 4 days for a 10 minute vitals check, not realizing how much pain my Dad was in, we were so grateful for Supreme Hospice.
Almost immediately their head nurse Yolla arrived and took over making sure my Dad was out of pain and comfortable. She stayed by his bedside for a couple hours to really assess what was going on. Shortly after we met Roger who would be my Dads regular nurse and Lorraine, the chaplain offered her support throughout. The difference in care was night and day.
As a family processing what was happening and not having the support from the first Hospice company putting the burden of managing my Dads care on us was more than we could handle.
Getting the right Hospice company is so important to have a company you trust to take care of your loved one so you and your family can focus on spending time with them. There is a dramatic difference in the care your loved one will get depending on what company you choose. Things move so fast and it’s such an important decision in these times, don’t leave it to chance, tell your Doctor you want Supreme Hospice and know your loved one is getting the best care possible.

I was so impressed with the staff and employees of this company. They were there for my husband when he was in hospice at home. Whenever there was a problem they came to our aid. Wonderful care and genuine concern. They even reach out to me to see if I was okay. The best nurses and staff.
