Wear A Mask Contest Instructions
Dates of submission: April 15, 2021 – May 15, 2021
- Like our Bridges Health Services Facebook page.
- Snap a funny/creative picture, GIF or video wearing the Bridges Health Services mask (snap as MANY as you want- get creative this will be fun) – unlimited submissions.
- Upload photos to Facebook wall using the following hashtags: #BHS #maskcontest (Post must be visible to public)
- Everyone is eligible to play, patients, families, friends, staff, the more the better!
- May the funniest or most creative entries win!
- Winners will be announced on May 20, 2021.
Prizes will be awarded:
- 1st Place: $300 Gift Card to place of choice
- 2nd Place: $200 Gift Card to place of choice
- 3rd Place: $100 Gift Card to Starbucks/place of choice
